One Year Full Warranty

  • Contact BMW LED via sending message to the seller using ebay messages or text 1(619)792-2872 (Text Only).

  • Get pictures and / or videos and send them to the email that we will provide to you when you contact us, so we could provide a replacement or refund. In your email include the following:

    1. The email address you used to receive the order confirmation, and PayPal Unique Transaction ID. Open your PayPal account if you used it to pay for the order and click on Details of the transaction of this order, and you will find it like that:          (Unique Transaction ID #0SP02778HG381880C). If you paid using any other way, then you will find the Unique Transaction ID in the Order Confirmation email.

    2. Your first and last name, and the address that we shipped the item to.

  • Explain what is the problem exactly with the email so could have better idea and be able to send you the replacement quickly.

  • Without pictures and / or videos showing the defective/ damaged parts WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY.

  • International customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
